Volunteer

There are many ways to get involved in the life of the Pioneer Prep. We have listed several below and hope that you’ll get involved. Please understand, we are required to conduct a criminal background check for anyone working with children in our building, which includes CFA volunteers.

Volunteers

Be a parent volunteer and help out in your child’s classroom. Teachers are always looking for an extra set of hands in the classroom from making copies to working one-on-one with students. Please contact your child’s teacher to set up a time to volunteer! Not a parent of a student at our school, but want to volunteer? NO PROBLEM! Students in every classroom in our building can benefit from some assistant and a little extra attention from someone interested in their progress. Hallway Helpers

Volunteer any day of the week (for at least an hour), be a role model, and help us build a culture of discipline and respect for all students. Teachers may rely on you for support in classrooms, on the playground, cafeteria, or in hallways. With some training and orientation, we’ll invite you to be part of a dynamic team of lending a patient ear and calm support to help the Pioneer Prep Family.

Office and Administrative Help

The Pioneer Prep office staff are looking for a volunteer who can help us by answering phones, receiving visitors, making copies, and whatever else is needed in our front office.
