Student Drop-Off

A drop-off zone has been designated on the front side of the school, along the gymnasium wall. This zone is for drop off only. Vehicles are not permitted to be left unattended in this zone. All other vehicles are to park in the designated lot and within the identified parking spots. This is the breakfast entrance as well. Once students are on campus, they are not permitted to leave until dismissal.

All students arriving after 8:30 am must enter the main entrance and are listed as tardy as of 8:30 am. They will receive a “late slip” from the main office, which they will need to enter the classroom. Parents must sign in tardy students at the administrative office. Late arrival to school is counted against student attendance under Arizona law. Attendance and on-time arrival at school is a key factor in student success!

Dismissal

No child will be dismissed early unless a note has been sent in ahead of time and/or in the event of an emergency. The student pick up is at 3:00 pm each day. This policy is to minimize the disruption caused by interrupting learning time.

Early Dismissal

Every Friday students will be dismissed at 12:30 pm. During this time, teachers and staff are attending professional development to ensure the highest quality education for our students. Teachers and staff are also analyzing student data and planning instruction accordingly.

Bus transportation is not currently provided.
